Delivery & Returns Policy

Australia Post is used to make all deliveries. They make deliveries during normal business times. Returns Policy

Faulty Goods: The item will be replaced if they are delivered to you as damaged or faulty (as per terms and conditions mentioned on the website). You must inform Customer Service with seven days of receiving a faulty item. An arrangement will be made to return the product in a suitable manner.

Broken Goods: Upon receipt of your broken item, please send a photograph to customer service within seven days. A full refund or replacement will be arranged. It is against the law to post back broken ceramics or glass, so please do not return such items.

Change of Mind: If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, Waterford will be happy to refund the cost of the item within 30 days. The item must be returned in its original packaging and saleable condition within seven days of receiving the item.
