The order usually arrives 8-14 business days after placing the online order. Business days mean Monday to Friday. For special considerations like monogramming, embroidery or Hemming and School Uniform Embroidery, it will take an extra 1-2 and 5-7 days respectively.

You can opt for Standard Delivery or Express Delivery, as per your convenience. For an order of less than $137, standard shipping charges are $39 and for Express Delivery, it is $58. Lands’ End support Borderfree and hence, all the guaranteed applicable duty and VAT/tax rates can be viewed on your order within the Borderfree global checkout.

Returns Policy

You can ask for an exchange or refund ‘anytime’, if not satisfied with any product of Lands’ End. Before placing the return or exchange order, follow these rules:

• Order Summary must be with you.
• Return items along with filled Return Form must be sent.
• Use “Return” Label that came with your parcel.

Refunds will be returned to you by Borderfree using the same currency on which you paid, at the same exchange rate. Please note that Shipping and Return Shipping Fees are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange, then you have to contact Lands’ End through Live Chat or email them and if the price of the item you requested for refund goes low within 14 days then “Price Adjustment” refunds will be made to you, but only upon request.
